From flowers and custom design installations to full planning assistance, Lovely Little Details is a full-service wedding and event design company with the experience, creativity, and connections to take your all of ideas and bring them to life.
Our “home base” is in San Francisco, CA, but we also travel to New England {and beyond} and offer destination packages. In fact, traveling is kind of our favorite thing.
While each event certainly has it’s own needs and will be customized to your vision, we have provided a few sample packages to give you an idea of the services we provide. Every event is different – some clients may choose to be very hands-on while others prefer for us to handle everything. The Just Engaged Session: If you are newly engaged or still trying to work your way through the wedding planning process and would like a bit of direction as to where to start, advice on vendor selection or an idea of what to do next, let’s meet and walk through the details together! Maybe you don’t need a full-blown planning package, but could use a bit of guidance to help you get on your way? If so, this session is for you. Together we will walk through your next steps and set you on the right path over a glass of bubbly or cup of coffee :)
The “Make it Pretty” Package: If you have your design vision in mind (or need help with inspiration to make it pretty), but need someone to help pull it together on the big day, let us come and set everything up for you {favors, placecards, florals, table numbers, decor} to ensure your event looks just as you’d planned and eliminate day-of stress on your plate. We will collect all materials from you prior to the big day and meet to discuss all the lovely little details and specifics. This is a great package for weddings taking place in a banquet hall or venue where an on-site coordinator may already be in place to manage catering logistics. This package can also include a custom design mood board and an initial consultation to learn a bit more about you, your style, and your design needs on the day-of. A room layout map and table setting mockup will also be provided to ensure alignment on the big day, along with ideas based on your likes & personality to make guests walk away thinking “that was so them”.
Day-of Coordination & Design Setup: All of your details have been taken care of but you really need someone on the big day to execute your vision and keep all of your vendors in line, make sure your introduction happens on-time and the cake cutting is captured by the photographer. Let us pull together a master timeline for you and take care of all the lovely little details on the day- of, so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy after all the hard work you’ve put in. Vendor recommendations and a questionnaire will also be included.
Partial Planning & Design: You’ve booked your venue, but need someone to provide vendor recommendations, double check your contracts, and help you pull it all together leading up to and on the day-of. This package includes full day-of event management, including design and decor set-up, logistics and timeline management, 3 live meetings beforehand (unlimited phone) timeline/schedule of events development and checklist review to make sure everything is taken care of. This package also includes design consultation and can include a styleboard, room layout map and table setting mockup. We will act as the main contact for your big day, so the waitstaff alerts us about the extra meal they didn’t order, not you :)
Full Planning & Design: You want to have a gorgeous celebration and have an idea of what you want, but you have zero time to manage all of the logistics because of your hectic life schedule. You want to enjoy the “fun” part of planning, not the back and forth with hotel room blocks! Let us help you pull your vision together, from recommended vendors to inspiration boards, to florals… this package is all-encompassing to include all pieces of event management from assistance in theme development/décor & design concept, attendance at vendor meetings, custom design, and day-of event styling and logistics management (ceremony & reception). A master checklist/guest list tracker, timeline/schedule of events will be provided to you to ensure every piece is taken care of, and all vendors will be aligned with master timeline through a pre-event conference call. We are the first to arrive and the last to leave, packing your items at the end of the night and taking care of every last detail throughout the event. Let us deal with all the lovely little details of planning, so you can literally “show-up” to enjoy the fun parts!
This is also helpful if you are planning your wedding from afar; we will act as your resident liaison for all vendors and help with rentals and linen rentals, make site visits and take measurements to ease your mind through the planning.
The Lovely Little Details Package: Custom design is one of my favorite things about celebtrations – from hand-trimmed place cards, to rosemary sea salt favors, to embossed menus and programs, to pretty tissue poms in your wedding colors and signage for your event – we LOVE crafting pieces to pull your theme all the way through to the smallest detail. Whether it’s something you’ve seen that caught your eye, or a completely new idea, our creative minds are always ready to get busy with a glue gun, glitter, and pretty fonts to make it happen.
Floral Design: From billowing hydrangeas to soft and delicate peonies, I love to create unique bouquets, boutonnieres and centerpieces to match your design, personality, and event aesthetic. My favorite thing about florals is pulling together the blooms you’d least expect in order to create something totally unique, but more importantly, totally you.
The Pretty Posies Package: Why wait until the big day to rock a gorgeous bouquet? This package provides custom floral arrangements based on your style, colors, & inspiration for a special photo shoot {or, just because!}. You can have your photographer reach out to me with your inspiration, send me your pinterest board, or just fill out a little questionnaire I have to get to know a little bit more about you. Then on the day-of, I’ll drop on by with your pretty blooms and be on my way! It’s a fun way to try out some floral styles before your wedding, and also adds a pretty detail to your photo shoots. And all bouquets come delivered in an authentic blue mason that you can keep, of course, as a lovely little memento :)
