after spending literally the past 3 months searching every travel website there is, counting my continental, united, and starwood points, and checking with nearly every travel agency in san francisco (ok that is exaggerating), last night we booked our honeymoon!!
we are going to have a lot of travel around the wedding, but that will just add to the excitement. sunday after the wedding we have to fly back to san francisco (more on that later), and then the very next morning we pick up and head back to SFO to fly out to maui on the first flight of the day! we will be staying at the four seasons resort maui at wailea for the first week, and moving on to the sheraton maui resort & spa through the following saturday.

but i have to say, as we pressed “confirm” on the final package last night, i had a serious case of butterflies! excited butterflies, but wow, i was almost freaking out! as if booking the honeymoon suddenly makes this REAL! (like the dress, ring, and everything else hasn’t been??) but i am now more excited than ever to become mrs. jacin fitzgerald. whoa….looks pretty crazy to see it written down… next obstacle - tackling the name change!
