Bride Guide: Use TripAdvisor Before Booking Your Honeymoon!
Jan 11
Seriously. Make tripadvisor.com your new best friend (and no, they are not telling me to tell you this!) TripAdvisor is the best thing EVER when it comes to giving your honeymoon hotel a background check. Filled with travel advice from recent travelers, real photos, and ratings based on real experience, TripAdvisor is so very helpful to reference when deciding on your honeymoon hotel, and even for your wedding room blocks at local hotels.
Before booking any vacations blindly, I always reference this site and have found it to be really helpful!
Happy planning! :)

I always use trip advisor! Best site ever! :)
wow what a great site!! It never hurts to be prepared
in the process of booking my honeymoon right now so I will def. refer to this site. Thanks!
GREAT advice. Especially considering I checked the day before we departed for Mexico & there was a HURRICANE coming - the entire resort was being boarded shut. Thank goodness I checked - that 24 hour notice gave us time to re-book for Aruba.
I completely agree about utilizing Trip Advisor…however…you DO need to take some of the reviews with a grain of salt. I'll usually focus on the 2-4 star reviews and completely ignore the ones that say "everything was super duper absolutely perfect OMG 5*****!" as well as the ones that harp on every.little.thing (especially when this person has paid like $60/night for the hotel…umm…obviously it's not going to be perfect hotel)
I'm a loyal Trip Advisor user! Great post!
we don't go anywhere without the help of trip advisor! nails it every time.
want to plan a new vacation now :)
GREAT advice! and don't forget to leave a review after your stay to help other newlyweds with their hotel decision!
Trip Advisor is a great resource. We used it while planning our honeymoon and other trips as well! We need to go on and review the hotels we visited ourselves.
Yep, I always use it before a vacation! It's helps SO many times.LOL
