Inspiration: Taking Pashminas Past the “Keep Warm” {Fun Decor Idea}

First off, if you didn’t see Regina & Zaheen’s wedding on Snippet & Ink a few months back, you must. It’s kind of one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever seen.
But one thing that stuck in my mind specifically, was how they used pashmina scarves to accent the decor on their chairs. I had seen this once before at one of my best friends’ wedding, as she had pashminas as “table runners” on the cocktail tables to bring a pop of color.

The best part? We all got to wear them later on!
Sometimes the simplest thing can make such a fun impact on your decor. Never underestimate those ideas that pop in your head!

i love how they tied them into bows!! that’s such a cute idea.
I love the usage as chair ties — brilliant!
Really great color palette…
What a lovely idea… placing them on the chairs!
Very clever! I really love the idea of tying them around the backs of the chairs :)
Regina & Zaheen’s wedding is one of my fave weddings ever! They were married in the town that my husband’s family is from. I love how they used the pashmina’s as chair ties. The details were beyond amazing! The entire wedding made me wish we had done something in Mexico.
Those chair ties are just gorgeous!
Being the owner of many pashminas I love them! The idea of tying them on the back of their chairs {especially if they are dining al fresco} is perfect…and steal worthy!
What a fantastic idea and I love pashminas:) Have a great day, my dear. Kisses
