well so much for the kleinfeld visit! 2 days in to my east coast trip, we were hit by the first blizzard of the year - 2 feet of snow in some areas! here’s my view of new york city from my hotel room in hoboken:
after a flurry of phone calls to my mom, future mother-in-law, and maid-of-honor, we decided it’d be best to post-pone the visit based on the amount of snow we were expecting. lucky for me, kleinfeld actually called me to cancel and i was able to reschedule for january 2010 when i’m back for a meeting in NJ.
until then, i will continue to enjoy the holiday sweets and treats and once january 2 comes around, i’ll get back to “operation wedding dress”.
