Rustic, Sentimental Tennessee Wedding: Camille & Bryan {Kristyn Hogan Photography}

There are so many gorgeous weddings these days that lay a claim on the “rustic” description, but this one seriously takes the cake (no pun intended, although I could seriously stare at that cake image for the next 10 minutes!).  Everything about this wedding just warms my heart - not only for it’s gorgeous simplicity, but also for the meaning that went behind all the lovely details (please please please keep reading, and you’ll see what I mean!)  After reading the description of this wedding and learning all that went in to it, I feel even more honored to be able to share it here today!

From Kristyn Hogan, the photographer: Camille and Bryan had a very unique wedding with their ceremony held in the middle of a field in the Tennessee countryside that had been in her family for generations. The guests sat on antique church pews, Camille & Bryan were married under an arch made of branches and flowers and antique boxes and details decorated the site. The bride had cabbage incorporated into her bouquet and wore her grandmother’s vintage ring. Their reception was held in an old country school house where her mother and many of her relatives attended. The school house was decorated with family heirlooms, branches, evergreen sprigs, candle sticks and even the original school house chalk board. The guests dined on traditional southern food, danced to the Nashville All-Stars band and the couple left the party in a vintage red GTO.

See what I mean??  Is your heart warmed up yet?  Let’s take a look at the loveliness!

This picture is perfection - you can see every single lovely little detail - I just love it!

Makeup from Camille’s best friend, Erica Doyle

Isn’t Camille the prettiest bride you ever did see?

Look at Bryan beaming at her :)

Even the dog leashes match!!

Remember the old schoolhouse where her mother went to school, along with several other relatives?  Here it is!

How perfect is the daddy long legs in the basket?

Bliss.

The getaway car.

Blessings to Camille and Bryan, thank you for sharing your special day with us!!

I love all of the rustic details! They put so much thought into everything! I also love that their dogs were there too! We're bringing my yorkie-poo to our wedding and she'll walk with our flower girl :)

I think a very creative Bride with a very creative Mom had a group of loving and dedicated friends! This glorious wedding represented a historic and loving family with a number of friends from a small community. Simply Beautiful, Simply Southern, Simply Perfect! Every Bride in the world should aspire to represent herself and her heritage in such a genuine and heartfelt manner.
