Wow, that was very nicely put!!
Just read your guest post; great suggestions!
My husband, Joey, and I will celebrate our eight year wedding anniversary in July. (Fourteen years as a couple- high school sweethearts- in April!) We both make little (but all important) efforts within our comfortable marital bliss. For example, on Tuesday night we had a fun and delicious dinner out with friends. On Wednesday, I said to Joey, “Man! Spaghetti is going to be so boring tonight.” He said, “No! Don’t forget about that half bottle of wine that we have in the fridge! And bread for garlic toast! And a “Weeds” Netflix!” Suddenly I was excited about our “boring” dinner and night at home. The time- the real, quality time- together is what counts! :)
