I have had this wedding waiting in my files for a while now and what better day than today to showcase all the loveliness? A gorgeous couple, amazing venue, TONS of details, mason jars, and, as always, most importantly - lots of love.
From the oh-so-talented Evrim Icoz Photography, let me introduce you to Megumi and Ben!

- The girls at Quince flowers did an AMAZING job. My request/vision was that we would have no large centerpieces. I told them that I wanted it to look like someone w/ a beautiful English country garden picked flowers and casually put them out for a dinner party. And, LOTS of candles. I love the look of glass and mercury glass mixed. Instead of a guest book, we had a wish tree. We started it out w/ “my wish for Megumi and Ben is..” and people wrote their wishes for us. The tree was flanked w/ wedding pics of our parents and grandparents that I framed w/ pieces I found in antique stores (I love vintage inspired looks).
- Our caterer didn’t really want to have the table set (since it was buffet style), but i begged them to have the silver rimmed plates w/ all of the glassware set. I think that it looks so pretty to have it all out, especially w/ the pretty flowers and all of the candles that we had. For table numbers we had silver house numbers that were hung from the candles. I thought that those turned out really sweet.
- The wedding ended up being tented. We initially were not going to, but w/ the cold weather, we had to tent and have heaters. It ended up creating an intimate ambiance for the dinner, which was nice.
- My sister in law had a cute ring bearer bowl from Paloma’s Nest in Austin, TX. It had our names and the date of our wedding, all set in a nest. Did you see how cute my nephew and niece were?? :)

Such a lovely wedding.
This wedding is just lovely. The candles created a beautiful ambiance and the bride was stunning! Of course the picturesque location made it easy to love!
Gorgeous!! I love the black and white picture of them walking down the road- so romantic! I also love how the bride wanted it to feel like someone just picked flowers from their garden! So cute!
Love the black and white shots, and how they incorporated both asian and southern aspects into their day! Also, how refreshing to not want large centerpieces…I adore how the tables are set! Lots of lovely all around ;-))
